  4. Chest Pain. Take my medicine now or not?

I drink medicine named propranolol inderal to reduce my palpitation or to control my palpitation every 12 hrs, the last time i drink my medicine was 12pm and now 5pm it hurts again. is it allowed to take my medicine now or not?
