doctor said everything is normal and said BPM is High in ecg ( 110) and doctor gave 10 mg INDERAL FOR MY ANXIETY AND PALPITATIONS but when i check in my home its always 78- 80 bpm.....
shall i take inderal 10 mg inderal even when my bpm 80?? what if inderal reduces my Bpm very low? how much 10 Mg inderal reduces haart beats??

Yes you can continue Inderal. It won't reduce your heart rate very low
