I am having a chestache from a week in the central and left part of chest along with a constant desire to puke from past 15-20days. I smoke approx 3 cigarette's a day and live if full of pressure....am I having a heart problem or it might be bcoz of depression

chest pain may be due cardiac origin or costachondritis or if u have breathing problem it may be lung infection as ur smoker ur increased risk of both so please check ur BP/ecg/cholesterol consult a physician as early as possible
