Chest pain
Hi i am male 35. I was sitting on a chair and suddenly i feel pain in my chest bone area for few sec and it goes off. Earlier i never use to have this kind of pain is it related to heart or any thing else.right now i am traveling is it safe to travel.

You said that you are travelling. You are travelling from which place to which place? How much is the distance? How much time are you going to take? Are you alone or you have some people with you? Are you driving ? So many questions have to be answered and mostly people feel that the Doctors on panel of Practo waste their time giving inadequate answers. Pain chest is always a serious problem. More so in a 35 years old.

Yes, it's probably gastritis as outside food during travel may cause gastritis. Take a tablet PAN 40 And take one DIGENE. Wait for an hour. If it reduces, good enough. If pain is still there then you can get medical attention, get ECG and/or echo done to rule out heart causes.
