  4. Chest pain. Symptoms of heart attack?

Hi doctor, when I sleep on my back in straight position at night, I feel jerk/bounce in middle of chest. And sometimes light pain in lest chest. Does this symptoms of heart attack? Please help me with treatment.

It's doesn't fit into classical picture. Go for ECG ,,echo,.trop T .. test..if negative then least likely it's heart related pain.
