Chest pain from 2.5 years

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I'm having left side chest pain in back which going to left arm and sometimes left leg. I also have breathing issues and increased heart rate from 2.5 years. Echo and stress echo normal but abnormal ECG from two times. What to do?

Please get evaluated for the pain with Orthopedic doctor , as it's non cardiac. Also the symptoms could be anxiety related.
