Chest pain dizziness sometime not more

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sir from last 6 month I have chest pain on and off. I go to physician and they said that only anxity but for my satisfaction they said to ECG and echocardiogram I have done both test in ECG sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia and then in echocardiogram everything is normal. I takin beta blocker from last 4 month but now also feeling chest pain. What it can be
