Hi. This ECG looks fine. However smoking for 10 years is a risk factor. One normal ECG doesn't rule out heart issue.
Also chest pain may be due to other causes related to bone, muscle or lungs
Needs further evaluation
Next Steps
May need further evaluation with Echo and TMT or cardiac biomarkers to rule out cardiac cause. Or routine hemogram, vitamin D ,vitamin B12 test to rule out any deficiencies
