From last 3 months am suffering from chest pain which comes and goes pain radiats left shoulder and arm and jaw sometimes dizziness i had covid in the past from last week am facing some breathing issue i have consulted a cardiologist got an ecg which was normal according to him trop test is negative chest xray is normal have undergone echo and tmt today report are attached thank you
