Doc I have a heavy feeling in my heart I feel that I have pericardial effusion or tamponade I feel numbess I hands and feet few months a ago got a slight fever and severe pain but now I feel better that the months ago now I just feel the symptoms listed my doctor said I have rheumatic disease and i have to take penicilin every month can rheumatic disease cause all this
