  4. Chest pain, arm pain and burps. Acidity?

Chest pain, arm pain and burps
Hello Doctor! I have a sharp pain on breast bone, associated with burps and arm pain. The pain is not continuos .. lasts for seconds only..but have arm pain with neck pain ..I hear cracking sound when I turn my neck. Is this something to be worried or due to acidity?
