I’m a 36-year-old male with no prior cardiac history. Over the past week, I’ve experienced brief episodes of central chest pain, discomfort, lightness in head and occasional left arm heaviness. These raised concern for possible cardiac involvement. ECGs taken showed abnormal readings. However, serial cardiac enzymes including troponin were negative, echocardiogram showed normal function (EF 55–60%), and coronary angiography revealed no blockages.
Lipid profile,
LFT, KFT, and blood sugars were all within normal range. Despite this, I continue to feel occasional chest heaviness or mild arm discomfort and would appreciate your input on possible causes and further steps.
