D-Echocardiography should be done to assess cardiac function if EF is low then diuretic. Carvedilol moist oxygen Inhalation etc will be required. If EF is reasonably well then duolin and budecort200 Inhalation to be continued..suitable antibiotic for 7-10days is needed.
