Chest congestion and breathlessness
Tweenty days ago, my brother feel chesth congestion and breathlessness, we consult a pgysian,he took xray, gave inhaler and monteleukast to him, he was on medication but again on third day , symptoms arouse.. We took him in hospital in emergency, where he addimitted for corona as per his symptoms, cough, sneezing. His three reports were negative for corona, he discharged from hospital. Doctor took his xray, there and it was normal. Now he is agin feeling a type of breathlessness and he feels acid type forming in the lungs and stomach, becoz of which he chest congestion. We are not understanding, either it is due to his anxiety. Bevoze his heart rate increases in that duration when he feel congestion. We don't have specialist available here in our area due to red zone. We need a help🙏

As he complaints of acid in lung and stomach so. Gastric acid.reflux disease is one possibility. Was there any improvement with inhaler and monteleukast ? Anxiety may be a contributing factor ? Provided that x ray was normal and there is no fever so lung infection is less likely
