Chest and Shoulder Pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am 21 years old. 2 nights ago, I felt pain in the right side of my chest. My family physician advised me only to rest. The next day, pain became severe as I could feel it was passing into my shoulder and neck area. I visited him again and he said it could be due to gas in my stomach. The pain is still there. Should I worry ? What could it be ??
