Asked for Female, 29 Years

I lost around 10 kg frm past 7mnths after epigastric hernia surgery...feeling pain in chest breastbone and ribs from 2mnth...used gastric tablets pantop 40 etc..but no use...ECG x-ray r normal..someone suggested dat it may be Constochoronditis...wat does it mean..plzz suggest
