Chest and head paining and dizziness
Bp 140/80. I'm feeling chest pressure cum pain in middle chest area with, throbbing head pain, dizziness, nausea. Also, left feet and hand tingling. Veins in the left leg swelling and paining. Today I'm facing these symptoms the entire day. Got my ECG done today and report is attached. Lipid profile test was done a month ago and it was normal. What is happening and possible treatment? Kindly advice.
