Hello.. The gum recession is not due to the combination of the mixture u r using.. It's because of the wrong brushing technique.. Please consult the nearby dentist and get the concerned treatment and proper brushing habit..

It must not be because of chemical mixture otherwise it would have been the same on both side. Reason might be your wrong way of brushing or any habit like tobacco, pan masala chewing or smoking. If you have any then quit and consult a dentist for proper diagnosis of the caise and treatment
