Hi. Last month I was a few days late having my period and once it started it lasted for 7-8 days of heavy bleeding and lots of clots and lots of cramps. This is not normal for me at all. A week or so before that I have strong needle like sensation that felt like implantion. I’m wondering if I had a chemical pregnancy?

No chemical pregnancy is happening in initial stage means just after over due of period not after that.May be pain of infection or gastric pain .Drink plenty of water and antacid syrup not relief meet to doctor.
