What you’re describing is very typical after using mass gainers: • Rapid weight gain → fat gain more than muscle • Face/cheek puffiness → usually fat deposition + water retention, not a disease
Next Steps
Which specialist? • Best: Nutritionist / Dietitian (primary) • Optional: Gym trainer with scientific approach What to do now: • Stop mass gainer supplements • Shift to clean muscle gain / recomposition: – High protein diet (eggs, chicken, paneer, dal) – Moderate carbs, avoid excess sugar • Start strength training (important) • Add light cardio (3–4 times/week)
Health Tips
• Don’t aim for rapid weight gain again • Drink adequate water (reduces bloating) • Reduce salt/junk food (helps facial puffiness) • Sleep properly (poor sleep → water retention) • Results take 6–8 weeks with consistent routine ⸻
