Hi ..this is my niece blood report ...she is 14 years old ...currently she is having headache and vomit ...kindly pls check ...our docter suggest bone marrow test ...we took result come after 1 week...I am very afraid of leucamia..pls kindly explain ...is she out of cancer?or any other problem?

Severe anemia with raised platelet count is common finding. You should go for iron profile, vit b12 levels, peripherial smear, then next would be LDH. In these if any abnormality sugestive of malignancy ,then next would be bone marrow.
Haematologist are better to deal such cases

Get tests = iron profile, blood smear, vit B12. If negative, will need bone marrow biopsy because platelets are too high
