Apart from TPO which is with in normal range.other reports not clear. If you are suffering from any thyroid or other chronic lifestyle diseases you need to monitor your stress levels. Stress is the most common risk factor for chronic lifestyle diseases.

Anti tpo is fine its not autoimmune thyroiditis Rest of the reports are unclear You can take protien for work out but do not take any steroids and other supplemental products as they'll cause kidney issues.

It shows normal result there is no autoimmune activity against the thyroid gland. Need some more history did you have a high TSH or fatigue or weight changes that led to this test. Whey protein is safe for most people but individual sensitivities can cause digestive issues. Avoid products with high amounts of added sugar or fillers
