Charley horse
Sometimes even while sleeping I face this terrible thing called charley horse. These cramps are somtimes unbearable sometimes even deforms the toe at times.
Please suggest the reson and treatments.

Charley horse cramps are just muscle cramps which one gets while in sleeping or after getting up from sleep.
These can be related to diabetes mellitus also.
diabetes if present can cause numbness and cramps over the legs.
