Chapping and burning on upper lip

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Im suffering from chapping and burning sensation on my upper lip and area above it. This results little discomfort when i try to stretch my mouth. This is happening since last 3 weeks. I have tried applying skin creams like borolin but its not helping. I am 23 yrs old female.
