Hi We need to understand whole symptomatology and course of disease before we can help you. We understand there is lot of confusion, dullness, Sleep disturbances, panic attacks..which are troubling you a lot. It looks like relapse of symptoms because of stopping of medicines.
Next Steps
it's important to be evaluated by doctor for further follow up and what drugs to prescribe noting your past history You can consult me ...can help with medications and suggest if therapy can help in your case to prevent future relapses
Health Tips
Always continue the medications as prescribed by doctor ...and be in regular follow up . Don't stop medications as your feeling better without advice of doctor...you must be feeling well because of medicines..once you stop there will be relapse which would be more difficult to treat.. As you might need higher doses or multiple drugs for relapses.. If any side-effects or any reason per se to stop medications.. always discuss with doctors the pros n cons of stopping medication and then make decision. would you stop your Antihypertensive / Antidiabetic drugs without consulting doctors??
