We had sex on 4th july.. Then my gf hs normal periods... In the 2nd month she also had her normal periods but i also insisted her for pregnancy test.. She use prega news... The result is negative... Now in the 3rd month she is delayed by 2 days

Maybe this is the delayed effect of emergency contraceptive pill.If more doubt do pregnancy test by blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal.
