My wife in 4th month of pregnancy I had consult with gynecologist in 3rd month she did obestrcis scan told that scan is normal no issue on baby, my question sex is advisable in 4th month of pregnancy?

Wait for level 2 scan to look for placenta position.
As such intercourse to be better avoided during pregnancy.
But even then if you want it's safe in 2nd trimester that means from 5th to 7th month.
After and before it should be strictly avoided.
