Hi, My brother age is 15..For past 6 months he got this like below image mentioned...But he didn't cause any pain, irritating, or any other causes..So pls explain what is this name...And is this serious, what we have to do to get out from this...Pls explain...

Hello This looks like chalazion There are three options A. Medical management includes warm compresses followed by lid massage followed by application of antibiotic ointment like azithromycin over lid margins B. Intralesional kenacort injection C incision and curettage which is minor surgery Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
