Usually cervical length is measured in ultrasound.but the need for it depends on the symptoms or the previous history of pregnancy loss.anomaly scan can be done till 21 weeks

Ideally Cervical length measured between 16 to 19 weeks. As its ideal time for Encirclage after ruleing out anomalies in the fetus.
