Pimples on cervix. What shoud i do?

I am facing this issue since 6 months more actually every month on my cervix i noticed pimples or like bumps i dont know what exact, sometimes i felt heavy itching cottage discharge sometimes milky discharge with outside burning sensation and some discharge like white lumps and sometimes its sticking inside vagina skin ,outside part of vagina also so much itchy feel each month different symptoms firstly i thought its due to intercourse but not without that also its came and those pimples appears and goes suddenly but every month its repeating , i consulted 3 gynaecologists they give so much antibiotics also pap smear also negative and i got 1 dose of gardasil9 hpv vaccine also but still these  itching,discharge and pimples cervix and inside vagina cervix surrounding area has some pimples what shoud i do
