My problem is cervical spontnites due to the issue right side neck shoulder arm head pain also a problem is vary worst and also a IBS issues due to issues left side abdomen pain gastric burning acidity bloating constipation and also a issue of throat pain cough last 2 years how to recover from all please help me out
