Cervical spondylosis
Adv. sharif from Bangladesh..I want to know my father's cervical spondylosis.His age was 68. His MRI report said Degenerative disc disease.Thecal sac indentation and bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at C3-4,C4-5&C5-6 levels due to disc herniation with mild posterolateral osteophytosis at the respective levels as stated above.whats your suggest?

Greetings,   sorry for the concern.
Next Steps
Get to see a physio specialised in posture correction. CERVICAL spondylosis will be taken care.  In the broad sense there is muscle imbalances causing the cervical spondylosis, so forget about degeneration or disc slip,  all these can be corrected by physio.

Treatment depends on the complaints/ present status of the patient, whether there is any symptoms related to spinal cord or nerve compression. Which needs to be evaluated thoroughly. Cervical degeneration and spondylosis is a very common problem with ageing. If there is no instability or nerve issues or weakness. Best treatment is Physiotherapy and exercises.
