Get to see a physio specialised in posture correction. CERVICAL spondylosis will be taken care. In the broad sense there is muscle imbalances causing the cervical spondylosis, so forget about degeneration or disc slip, all these can be corrected by physio.
Treatment depends on the complaints/ present status of the patient, whether there is any symptoms related to spinal cord or nerve compression. Which needs to be evaluated thoroughly. Cervical degeneration and spondylosis is a very common problem with ageing. If there is no instability or nerve issues or weakness. Best treatment is Physiotherapy and exercises.
