As per ultrasound HSRG Report there are multiple enlarged lymph nodes ovel in shape with preserved hila and vascularity noted at all level of neck, largest of size 2.7x1.3 cm in left level 1B(sub mandibular region). Impression Cervical Lymphadenitis.
As per CBC report the level of lymhphocytes are 50 and absolute lymphocytes count for lymphocytes are 3950 Cells/cu.mm.
As per ESR reports it is 38 mm at the end of one hour.
As per mantoux report the same is negative.
As per FNAC report Geimsa stained smears from FNAC left upper cervical swelling are inadequate for opinion.
4 air dried smears received and smears are hemodiluted and reveal only ocassional lymphoid cells. No other representative cellular element seen in smears studied.
No epetholoid cell granuloma/parasites/malignant cells see in the smears studied.
What exactly the disease? As I have been with lymph nodes since last 15 days and there was pain and tonsillitis also however the pain has subsided. lymph nodes are soft.

Your lymphocyte count and ESR suggest that you have an unresolved infection.If you have taken a course of antibiotic(which i believe you would have before undergoing all these investigations) it's highly likely that it could be a viral illness called Infectious mononucleosis.it needs only symtomatic management and your lymphnodes might take upto a month or 2 to resolve.So if you don't have any other symptoms then you can wait for a month and if it's still not resolving or increasing in size then get a repeat ultrasound guided FNAC
It could be infection of the lymph node mostly it come with normal bacterial infection and rarely tb
You can take one course of antibiotics and if not settling with the same then plan for.
