I was diagnosed with Cervical Disc Extrusion a month back. Before diagnosis I only had pain in my left shoulder from many years. Post diagnosis surprisingly started facing numbness sensation in right arm. However all movements intact, no issues with coordination and movement or loss of muscle strength.
Been on physiotherapy for 15 days continuously and it helped with the years of pain on left and also helped with numbness. However, after I stopped it numbness is back.
Can someone suggest how much time will it take to cure numbness and also any alternative treatment suggestions is appreciated. Please do not suggest surgery. I would like to give it time and try everything possible considering my age. MRI attached with reports.
