Cervical Disc Herniation

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi! I am a 25 year old female my MRI report says there is reversal of normal cervical lordosis. Also there is diffuse posterior bulge of C3-4 disc indenting anterior subarachnoid space and diffuse posterior bulge of C4-5 disc compressing anterior subarachnoid space. I experience severe pain on my neck and shoulder(right side) and arm. Please advise

Reversal of cervical lordosisisusually due to pain and irritation of muscle. From the report there is no mention of a nerve compression, so the pain may in your arm may not be due to nerve compression. You need to see an Orthopaedic spinal surgeon for further management. You may need physiotherapy and painkillers to control your symptom.
