Hi ,
Consult with the Psychiatrist who diagnosed you earlier or another Psychiatrist , you will get the certificate you require ,to enable you to complete your studies and graduate .
Hi.. You may ask your doctor (psychiatrist) to provide you a medical certificate of your poor mental health condition. It will be his/her prerogative to provide you one or not. Typically, most educational institutions decide on case to case basis on such matters. If they believe your condition is genuine they may consider your case.
Next Steps
Talk to your doctor (psychiatrist) if s/he can provide you a medical certificate.
Do not present your case as if you are seeking a mental health reason for your low academic attendance/performance.
