Based on your symptoms, this appears to be a healing frenular tear with secondary infection. With local hygiene, antibiotic ointment, and avoiding sexual activity, it usually heals in 2–3 weeks. If bleeding or discharge persists, please consult me.
Hello 🙏
At 20 days after circumcision, minor pain, small tears
near the frenulum, and a few drops of blood during erection can still happen.
Usually this heals in 1–2 weeks with good local care. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid friction/sexual activity, and continue the ointment advised.
If pus, increasing pain, or bleeding continues beyond a few weeks, please get it reviewed.
Next Steps
Next steps:
Continue local wound care as advised
Keep the area clean and dry
Avoid sexual activity and friction until complete healing
Review if healing is slow
Health Tips
Word of caution:
Do not ignore persistent pus, increasing pain, redness, or bleeding
Avoid self-medication or repeated ointment changes
If you are diabetic, healing may be delayed and needs closer follow-up
If you are getting yellow pass from the ferula area as well as a tearbelow the front area that means it is called Phimosis and you will require antibiotic treatment and antifungal treatment for initial one week, followed by Circumcision surgery. Please meet Surgeon.
