Center Left chest pain

Question

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Why could be cause of chest pain in center Left chest? No breathlessness or anxiety or squeeze feeling, no pain in jaw neck or back, a bit in left arm. Is it because of lack sleep since last few days and related digestion issues as my body cycle routine got disturbed. Do I need bro have a check up for cholesterol or any heart related issue.
