This is wound after three days of debridement of a diabetic patient 69 years old. will it heal or how many days it takes to heal.What treatment should be given.

Wound: base: necrotic,slough , margins looking ischaemic. 1st: debride thoroughly all yellow tissues, send tissue/swab for c/s 2nd: leave wound with some oxidized h2o2 spray/oxum spray for 3 to 5 min 3rd: clear all slough again after 5 min 4th :apply oint codoxamer iodine/ Cadomer/debrifree into the wound 5th cover with sterile gauze. Continue this dressing once daily after regular bath with soap water till base is filled with granulation
