Hello doctor,my mother has celeac disease since 15 yrs.she follows struct gluten free diet.but still recent bkood test of allergy showed little bit high levels.
Pls tell me can she consume outside packet curd, chaach, rajdhani besan which states that it is gluten free.
Other than this she is non vegetarian.can the meat that she eats transfer gluten in her body indirectly? As the animal is fed gluten products?? Pls clarify .thank u

But its not possible that from animals meat gluten is coming maybe she is having options like sooji or maida other than wheat flour

When other grains or any other food gets processed where gluten containing food is processed then it might have some traces.
