Do you have any symptoms ? If not please forget relative lymphocytosis. Your  absolute eosinophil count is well within normal limits. It is just a jugglery of statistics. No action required.

Relative lyphocytosis means lymphocyte type of white blonde cells are more in number than neutrophils which actually remain the opposite normally. Explanation may be various like normal physiological variation, enteric fever, viral infection. Diagnosis is always made with reports, clinical symptoms,  examination all together. No single report can diagnose a particular problem
