Your blood tests are all fine but a creatinine of 1.3mg/dl at 34 years of age is suggestive of an egfr of 71.2ml/min/1.73m2 which is below average and more information is needed like history of high blood pressure, diabetes or kidney disease in family. A nephrologist should be consulted for a proper workup to rule out any pre existing conditions. Again this elevated creatinine level could be a result of a muscular body structure and high protein diet.
