Pain in underarm can be due to muscle spasm as you have had an episode of carrying heavy object. Its no where related to raised lymphocyte count. If there is fever or cough or any other issue, then it would have been under spotlight
Next Steps
Have a healthy protein rich diet. continue day to day activities

- pain in under arm could be just because of muscle spasm. Nothing to worry about it. It will subside on its own. Jus avoid heavy weight lifting for few weeks.
- Lymphocyte count in your blood profile is on higher side which is suggestive of some chronic inflammatory disorders
Next Steps
Kindly consult General physician for complete examination of body to look for cause of increased lymphocyte
