  4. CBC doubt, 27 male, monocytes zero. Me.

CBC doubt, 27 male, monocytes zero
I checked CBC recently after 2 yeras of gap. It shows Monocytes and Basophils at 00%. Normal values are given as 2-10%. Rest everything is normal. Is it something to worry, why is monocytes and basophils zero for me.
