Cbc and HB
Good afternoon doctor. I have attached my CBC's August and November. My Hb was 15.2 and now it's 15.7. I was taking b12 injections as my b12 was low along with drive d3 can this be the reason. Is my Hb level too high for cancers. I have no other symptoms. Please help

Till 16 Hb its not a problem. Do not worry.
Males should have Hb above 14.
If you do not have any health issues, a nutritious home diet is all you need to be fit and healthy.
Consume seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables and eggs.
And do not worry without reason.
Stress leads to half the health problems of modren society.
Do exercise regularly and practice meditation.
