Cavity build
I found cavity on one molar. It's very little. I guess the food was getting accumulated there even after brushing twice a day and rising properly. Due to lockdown, I'm not sure if this will be the right time to visit a dentist for something like this. Have been taking precautions by brushing after everything I eat and cleaning that portion with a toothpick. But I don't want this to get worse either. So is there an additional measure I can take to further slow down the cavity growth or should I visit a dentist immediately?

Hi. Maintain good hygiene. Avoid sugary n sticky foods that will deteriorate the cavity fast. Avoid toothpick as it will cause more damage. After you eat anything rinse vigorously with plenty of water. Start flossing. Brush twice daily using zig zag bristled toothbrush Include fibrous fruits in the diet
Next Steps
visit a dentist whenever it is feasible n get the cavity filled.

Make sure that the cavity does not go deeper and increase with time ... use a fluoridated tooth paste like Colgate and brush with special focus on that tooth .Regular brushing might not dislodge food particles stuck in the tooth . So special focus on that tooth and brushing . Use a mouth wash like chlorhexidine or freshclor once or twice a week to reduce the germs causing tooth decay. Unless pain or emergency time ya not right to visit dental Clinc

First of all, don’t use a tooth pick to clean the cavity because it will lead to more enamel damage. Secondly, get the cavity filled as early as possible. Brush twice a day, esp at night preferably with Colgate Total toothpaste. Use Hexidine mouthwash twice a day( after breakfast and after brushing at night).
Next Steps
Visit the dentist to get the cavity filled
Health Tips
Use dental floss to remove stuck food particles in between the teeth.
