Hello madam. It is different for each patient . It is always better to get a dental checkup done before pregnancy and treat all issues that can become serious later. Since you have pain and it's severe it would be better to get it treated. Try to visit a place with medical facility for precaution sake .

Yes if pain is unbearable go for treatment.
Go to a dental clinic where treatment can be done properly.
Don’t look for clinics where free checkup or discounts are available, these clinics don’t do what is prime required treatment but suggest xyz treatment which is not required.
Hi yes you can get it treated if it’s paining. Precautions will be taken by your doctor while taking xrays or treating you, keep your dentist informed about the stage of pregnancy and any specific instructions and medical condition or medicines you are taking during pregnancy.
