hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity you need to get it filled. if there is an infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

Hello Sir I would advice to visit a Dentist nearby for proper diagnosis and treatment. As it is important to save your natural tooth. The tooth can be saved by procedures like root canl.  So get a checkup done to see what best can be done in your case.
