If the infected part of the cavity is removed then it will not cause any problem .anyway it's always better to Got the filling done insted of leaving the cavity like that.so wait we need to wait and watch
Next Steps
sometime it's common that you may feel little sensitivity after filling .but if the sensitivity stays there for more than a week. then. it need to be redone depending on depth of cavity need to be taken care of.
Health Tips
advance procedure like pulp capping with MTA can be done to avoid root canal in case infection is involving nerves then root canal need to be done and sometime if. wisdom tooth roots are complicated. extraction. can. be a last option
Depending on whether it’s effected or infective Dentine lies the answer. Effected Dentine is that tooth structure which is effected by bacterial infection but usually does not spreads the infection. It is harder in nature & can be filled using proper techniques. Infective dentin’s has tendency to spread infection beyond the dentin’s & into the nerve below. It is softer in nature.
Next Steps
Do not worry & have some patience. Wait for few days for the tooth to settle down. Slight irritation can be there in the first few days, depending on pain threshold.
