Cavities in teeth
Hello Doctor, I have been told by my dentist that I have 12 cavities in my teeth. One of which might need root canal as well. I have a copy of my x-ray report which i will be uploading with this question. Please take a look at it and let me know if a root canal is really required.

Hi... Looking at the x-ray report your one of the cavities is deep but can’t really appreciate it well enough to decide if it needs an RCT as that would require a clear Xray of that particular tooth. Also do you have any sensitivity or pain in that particular tooth that could also help in deciding if only a filling could help. If you got this from outside India they have different line of thought on treatment of deep caries compared to that in India. If possible get a clear x-ray of that particular tooth or go for a second opinion if you’re not satisfied.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist again online/offline with clearer x-ray if available
Health Tips
Brush twice daily diligently and do warm saline rinses if possible at night
